Our portfolio includes profiles made of Alloy 400 and Alloy 825
Nickel alloys are excellent materials for use under highly corrosive and thermal loads. They provide high deformation resistance to general corrosion and stress corrosion and have excellent high/low temperature resistance (creep resistance).
Our products are used in industrial plants and in power engineering, in the chemical industry and in power generation. We at Böllinghaus Steel are therefore aware of the high demands placed on our products.
That is why the obligation to provide maximum quality is the focus of our commitment.
Our seamless quality management begins with the selection of raw materials. All processes – starting with the raw material supplied, through production to dispatch – are subject to the strictest controls.
Consistent quality and highest accuracy are our top priorities at every stage of production.

Alloy 400 is a single-phase nickel-copper solid solution alloy. It is insensitive to chloride-induced stress corrosion and has excellent toughness even at low application temperatures. Compared to other high-alloy materials, it is easy to process.

Alloy 825 is a titanium-stabilized, fully austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper and molybdenum. It has high resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion. Furthermore, its properties include good resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion as well as oxidizing and non-oxidizing hot acids. Even in continuous operation at elevated temperatures up to approx. 550 °C, this alloy provides exceptional toughness.
